We have a special event this month. Oracle is bringing the Java Road Trip show to Austin!- One Dell laptop with the touch screen demo and the JWebPane demos
- One Mac Book Pro machine running Windows vista:
- Netbeans 6.8 with Composer (version that generates mobile compatible apps)
- Netbeans 6.9 RC full installer, includes Glassfish and Java EE
- Authoring Tool today's build
- Java ME SDK 3.0
- JWebPane demos on it. There is are a couple of shortcuts on the desktop to start the apps.
- One Mac Book Pro machine running Mac OS 10.5 I didn't need to install or update the OS as it supported Java SE 6 and up

There will be food and beverages (including beer) and a mechanical surf machine. Developers are free to bring their families. There will also be giveaway items like t-shirts, key chains and nice Road-Trip-branded plastic stadium cups. Some Java books will also be raffled off after the talk.
The meeting will be from 7:00-9:00pm in the parking lot and cafeteria in building 8 at the Sun campus, 5300 Riata Park Court (off 3600 W Parmer Lane). You can enter Building 8 through the door that is by the large flag pole.
