An introduction to Java EE 8 security and Microprofile JWT

by Jim Mulvey

Mark your calendars!

Please join us Tuesday night, April 23rd from 6:00 to 8:30 PM at the IBM Executive Briefing Center located at 11501 Burnet Road to hear about some of the work IBM has been doing in the realm of MicroProfile. For anyone not already familiar with it, MicroProfile (https://microprofile.io/) is a project "aimed at optimizing Enterprise Java for the microservices architecture." In this meeting, IBM's own Kevin Sutter will be speaking about developing microservices in the MicroProfile programming model with the help of Open Liberty and Jim Mulvey will be giving an introduction to Java EE 8 security and the Microprofile JSON Web Token (JWT).

Please RSVP for the meeting at the meetup.com site.

Hope to see you there!
